Citizen Coffee is a coffee shop run out of a converted horsebox. We are located on Woodville Road in the heart of Cathays, just a 5 minute stroll from Cardiff University and Bute Park.

OUR COFFEE

Citizen Coffee aims to serve delicious speciality coffee that showcases and honours the hard work put in from everyone in the supply chain from the farmers to the roasters. We also offer a wide range of cold drinks, iced drinks, teas and ‘the best hot chocolate in Cardiff’ there is something for everyone!

We are proud to have partnered with Cardiff based roasters Manumit Coffee to serve a single origin espresso from Sao Paulo, Brazil. It has a bright and remarkable acidity with hints of chocolate and walnuts. All the coffee is roasted by survivors of modern-day slavery and all profits of the sale of coffee goes into local & global anti-slavery initiatives.
